Nikki was a young girl studying at college. After lunch, Nikki drove the Porsche 911 Carrera car of her father to work in her Porsche 911 Carrera. Christos Catsouras, her mother, learned about Nikki’s father after seeing her drive the car.

Christos started driving in search for Nikki. 911 was informed. Christos was kept for a time. A 911 representative informed him that Nikki had died in a car accident.

Nikki was travelling on the 241 Toll Road in Lake Forest. She was traveling at 160 km/h, trying to pass Honda Civic on the left. Nikki lost control of her car at the wide median of 241 Toll Road. She collided at the Alton Parkway interchange with a concrete booth for tolls. The 241 Toll Road did not have any barriers, and the toll booth was not manned.

Nikki Catsouras drove her father’s car. She tried to pass on the left. After crossing Central Highway, the car lost control and crashed into the concrete shed at the Alton Park Interchange. She died as a result. She passed away when she was just 18 years old.

O’Donnel was thus suspended for twenty-five consecutive working days without pay. CHP reached an agreement on Nikki’s behalf with her parents and paid $2.37 million in damages controversy.
